As the Centre’s exclusive caterer, we are committed to reducing our own carbon footprint while benefiting local and regional purveyors through our purchasing programs. Our menus will feature a broad selection of food and beverages sourced from Ontario – resulting in great flavors for our guests to savour, while minimizing our impact to the environment.
Once open, we will amplify these efforts through dedicated waste diversion and recycling programs.
