Brand New for Meetings: Videoconferencing Boardroom
Technology is woven through every aspect of Allstream Centre, making it an ideal place for guests to stay in touch – whether using the versatile presentation systems in each meeting room or the complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the building.
Now there are new possibilities with the just-completed videoconferencing boardroom. The room may be booked as a stand-alone venue by any organization requiring video communication. It’s also a valuable advantage during large conferences, allowing a sub-group to connect with other locations internationally.
The 14-person boardroom features a handsome cherrywood table with a central console including microphones and data ports. The high-backed executive chairs are GreenGuard certified and very comfortable. At the head of the room are two side-by-side 58” Plasma screens, providing the capability to show multiple calling sites.
