Outdoor Events in the Historic South Garden
Just restored this past summer, the South Garden at Allstream Centre is an elegant urban oasis, set within a remarkably large lawn. The new layout is inspired by the building’s original gardens and is designed to complement the Art Deco architecture.
Spreading out from the stunning two-storey South Lobby, the garden features a 30-foot-wide semi-circular design, including hard paving, perennial flower gardens, ornamental shrubs and boxwood hedges. The garden is edged by traditional lamp posts, mature maple and willow trees and new wrought-iron fencing – all enhanced by the view of Lake Ontario.
The South Garden is perfect for alfresco lunch breaks, outdoor wedding ceremonies and pre-gala cocktails of up to 200 people.
